NEW! Art based Stress Reduction day time group in Richmond Hill starts in March 9th!
This is the Introduction 1.5 hour workshop for someone who are:
- feeling sometimes overwhelmed with busyness of life
- looking for stress release and artistic expression
- curious about use of Arts as a tool for Wellbeing
- have some or none of artistic or dance experience
What to expect from the workshop? We are going to chat over a cup of tea, talking about our needs and resources. Then we may do a little warm-up, getting more comfortable with our bodies and after that we will definitely have an opportunity to dance like nobody is watching, releasing everything that need to be released. Afterwards, we will make a Community Arts project, using one of various art modalities. And yes, it is going to be the International Women’s Day Celebration! So, bring your mug and get ready for it!
