It’s no secret that a happy mom can make everyone around her happier too. This is why we are going to take some time to take care of ourselves.
This is an Art based Stress Reduction therapeutic group – for busy moms who survived the school year and need some inspiration and relaxation to kick off the summer. No artistic experience required.
During the 5 Friday mornings, you will be able to:
– Get support chatting with likeminded peers
– Dance, play and have fun
– Breathe, relax and practice that “corpse posture”…
… while focusing each day on very specific things such as:
May 19: Take a look at where you are in different parts of your current life – Create your own Mandala.
May 26: Explore your resources and needs – Craft “Seeds for change” and Eco-printing project.
June 2: Connect with many of your roles – Make masks.
June 9: Practice Acceptance – Play, move and make Self-portrait with wood pieces.
June 16: Dream bravely – visualise your place of peace and power using Collage techniques.
$100 for 5 sessions
This is the 5 sessions course. However the 1st session is a trial one and the registration payment is $20 (PayPal or e-transfer).
After the 1st session, if you feel the course would be beneficial for you, you may make the rest of the payment and have 4 more sessions.
